These Terms of Service (the "Terms") set forth the conditions for the sale of products and the provision of services on the website (the "Site") operated by Mugen Online Store ("we," "us," or "our"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Site. By using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

The Customer shall apply for the purchase of Products in accordance with the method indicated on the Site.
A sales contract shall be formed at the time we send an order confirmation email to the Customer.
We may refuse an order in the following cases:
- The Product is out of stock;
- There is a suspicion of fraudulent use;
- The Customer has previously violated these Terms;
- Any other case in which we determine the order to be inappropriate.
Article 5 (Price and Payment)
The price of Products shall be the price displayed on the Site.
Payment shall be made through methods designated by us (credit card, Wise, bank transfer, etc.).
Any fees incurred in connection with payment shall be borne by the Customer.
Article 6 (Shipping)
Products shall be shipped through carriers designated by us.
Details regarding shipping shall be governed by the separately established "Shipping Policy."
Customs duties, import taxes, and other import-related fees shall be borne by the Customer.
Article 7 (Returns and Cancellation)
Returns and cancellations shall be handled in accordance with the separately established "Returns & Exchanges Policy."
Article 8 (Prohibited Acts)
The Customer shall not engage in any of the following acts when using the Site:
Acts that violate laws, regulations, or public order and morals;
Acts related to criminal activities;
Acts that infringe upon the intellectual property rights, portrait rights, privacy, honor, or other rights or interests of us, other Customers, or any third party;
Acts of registering false information;
Acts of purchasing Products in bulk for the purpose of resale;
Acts of creating multiple accounts or engaging in fraudulent use by the same person;
Acts that destroy or interfere with the functioning of our servers or network;
Acts of unauthorized access, or attempts thereof;
Any other acts that we determine to be inappropriate.
Article 9 (Intellectual Property Rights)
All copyrights, trademark rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the Content posted on the Site (text, images, logos, designs, etc.) belong to us or to the rightful third parties. Customers may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify such Content without our prior written consent.
Article 10 (Disclaimer)

Except in cases of our willful misconduct or gross negligence, we shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Site.
We shall not be involved in, and shall bear no responsibility for, any disputes that arise between Customers or with third parties.
We shall not be liable for any damages arising from force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, strikes, or communication failures.
Article 11 (Modification, Suspension, or Termination of Services)
We may, without prior notice to Customers, modify, suspend, or terminate the Content of the Site or the conditions of its provision. We shall not be liable for any damages caused to Customers or third parties as a result.
Article 12 (Changes to These Terms)
We may change these Terms at any time without prior notice to Customers when we deem it necessary.
The amended Terms shall take effect from the time they are posted on the Site.
If the Customer continues to use the Site after the Terms have been changed, the Customer shall be deemed to have agreed to the amended Terms.
Article 13 (Handling of Personal Information)
The handling of personal information shall be governed by the separately established "Privacy Policy."
Article 14 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
These Terms shall be interpreted and applied in accordance with the laws of Japan.
Any dispute arising in connection with the Site or these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
