Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of Trading Card Game (TCG) products, all sales are final. We do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges for change-of-mind reasons.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
We only accept returns or exchanges within **3 days of delivery** under the following exceptional circumstances:
* The item received is completely different from what was ordered.
2. Non-Returnable Items
* Any product where the original shrink wrap or seal has been broken or altered.
* Dissatisfaction with card pull rates or specific card conditions inside sealed packs.
* Requests made more than 3 days after delivery.
*To ensure a smooth claim process, we highly recommend recording an **uninterrupted unboxing video** when opening your package. We may not be able to process refunds or replacements without video evidence.*
