1. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
We partner with reliable international express carriers (such as FedEx and DHL) to ensure secure delivery.
Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
To United States: 3–7 business days after shipment.
To Other Countries: 5–10 business days after shipment.
Note: If no specific shipping method is requested, we will automatically select the most cost-effective and secure option for your order.
Note: We are not responsible for loss or damage beyond the shipping carrier's compensation coverage after shipment.
2. Shipping Rates
Shipping fees are dynamically calculated based on the total weight of your order and your shipping destination.
Our standard weight references are as follows:
Pokemon Regular Box: ~320g/box (e.g., 151, Night Wanderer, Mask of Change, etc.)
Pokemon Half Box: ~210g/box (e.g., Shiny Treasure, VSTAR Universe, etc.)
One Piece / Dragon Ball Box: ~380g/box
Union Arena / Yu-Gi-Oh Box: ~420g/box
All Master Cases: ~5,000g to 6,000g/case
3. Customs Duties and Taxes
All import duties, taxes, and local customs fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
While we assist in preparing necessary documentation to minimize customs friction (especially for EU buyers under the EU-Japan EPA agreement), final tax assessments are entirely determined by local customs authorities.
